Replacement for NXT 80mm (3") door speakers

Does anyone have any recommendations as to what is available as a drop-in replacement for the NXT 80mm (3") flat panel speakers fitted in the door cars of the Sagaris please?

I'm guessing from the size that those were not simply "drop-in" replacements.
