To keep this thread on topic. I am very satisfied with my Job. I employ people to do the work and most of them do a cracking job. That allows me the time to come on here and talk bks with you lot.

I have to say that this would not have happened 6 months ago, but now I have sales people that can actually sell it relieves the pressure on me. So the secret to success is surround yourself with superstars

The better my team is the less I need to work - So I spend most of my time and energy helping them develop and grow so that I do not need to do any of the actual tasks and can be away without the business suffering
