The perfect fleet?
Discussion
my fleet is:-
2015 Audi TT Ultra (it has those Knight Rider lights...whoosh!)
2012 V8 Vantage S (Sportshift)
1978 Chevrolet Corvette Nitro Funny Car
Overall thoughts:
The Audi serves a purpose of being a non boring daily driver, to allow a fun weekend toy. Up to 70mpg, £20 a year to tax, nice cabin, understeers like a tanker ship though.
The Vantage - my first Aston. Been brilliant fun so far, a few niggles but mostly ironed out and now enjoying it, albeit in the freezing rain, slipping & sliding around the countryside, this week in particular. Being replaced by a new Vantage in 2018. Quite excited about speccing a car to my own wants and needs, only ever had ex-demo cars when they've been 'new'.
The Corvette probably doesn't register on most folks radar as it's a bit of a one trick pony and drag racing's not everyone's cup of tea. Built purely for 1/4 mile racing, sufficient grunt to get the job done, a bit of a money pit, but the noise, smell and performance make it worth it. More power than 2 and a bit Bugatti Chiron's, and 1050kg wet weight.

Daily drive is an old 2001 Focus Zetec 1.8. Cant get shut as it was my Dads and its been a reliable old mule and does what it says on the tin.
Weekend toys are my 2006 V8V and my 2003 Mk 1 Focus RS (Best car I have ever owned by a country mile)!!
Edit ... forgot to add the Mrs has a Fiesta Titanium 1 litre ecoboost (125)........................cant believe how quick this is for a 3 cyl sewing m/c

2016. N430 manual for weekend / sunny day use.
2014 BMW 520 D M sport auto for DD , cracking car and suprisingly fast enough and economical as well.
2017 Audi S3 DSG that the dragon uses but I occasionally " borrow"
2017 AMG A45 , which I get the very occasional blast out in , son's car and the bugger doesn't leave his keys out of arms length much.

V8VS Manual - weekend toy
BMW 1 Series - my DD
Disco 4 - Wifeys
Newly acquired my first Aston - only really had a week's driving & just put her to bed for the winter but hope to get her out for an occasional run out on a sunny winters day. Initial impressions are great; way more classy than all the Porkers I've had.

Range Rover sport SC petrol - general use where we need 4 seats/ rural winter - 15k miles a year
Volvo C70 T5 convertible - her commuter - 15k miles a year
Vantage Roadster 4.7 - whenever I can fit in - 10K miles a year
V-Rod and MV Agusta - dry days on 2 wheels when possible - 8k miles a year
...we spend a lot of time on the roads for business and pleasure - prefer convertibles or 2 wheels

Another RRS 5.0 S/C Petrol for me
Evoque convertible petrol for the boss
V12VSRM for high days and holidays and trips to France; driven by both of us. on long runs.
24 cylinders of petrol loveliness; 8 supercharged, 4 turbocharged, and 12 n/a. Not a diesel cylinder in sight, so think of all the happy polar bears (or something like that).

2001 BMW 320td Compact - my DD, will soon hit 200k miles and just refuses to die.
2003 VW T4 LWB Caravelle - for big stuff, camping, mountain biking.
2007 Vantage V8 - bought this year, my weekend car.
2013 Passat Estate - wife's car / sensible family runabout.

2014 Range Rover Vogue SE
2010 AM V8V roadster (upgraded exhaust and de--catted by Bamford Rose)
1992 Landrover Defender 110 (currently being rebuilt - we've had it since new!)
1976 Series 3 Lightweight Landrover (rebuilt on galvanised chassis)
The first two are being used as wedding cars for my sister in laws wedding on Saturday week. I would have thought the Lightweight would have been more fun but she's not having it!
