Hi all, after much chasing I have now heard from the event organisers at Beaulieu.
Not sure as yet whether we will need passes to all park together - if so I will email them to those on the list by the weekend.
Below is a copy of their email which is all I have heard from them - let's hope it stays dry for the next few days.

"Due to the immensely heavy rainfall we have received over the past few weeks here at Beaulieu, our grass areas around the arena have become largely water logged and we have subsequently had to change the whole layout for the show. As a result of the grass areas being mainly unusable for parking, we have had to allocate the whole arena for parking, meaning that we have had to abandon the club area allocation and are now having to work on a first come, first served basis for parking. That being said, we have an area in mind where we would like to park the Pistonheads group, which will be situated near to “Red 10” as I know that was a previous request. This area will be on one of our usable areas of grass parking very close to the restaurant.
I’m hoping that we receive some more favourable weather in the coming days and look forward to seeing the Pistonheads collection on display at the show on Sunday."

Is there any plan to meet up beforehand and convoy in? Or just arriving as hoc?

I can’t make it down to the hotel Saturday unfortunately as we’re only flying back into the UK that night

List isn’t fully up to date, so would need Tim to confirm it.

Entry is from 9am and they seem happy enough for us to just say we are with Pistonheads group.

We are coming from all over the country so I don't think a "mass" convoy will work but do meet up with friends etc and I will be leading a sizeable group from The Balmer Lawn Hotel.

As per my post of some time ago - the PH area is full - please don't just add names to the end of the list, thank you.

What time are you leading the posse away from the Balmer Lawn Hotel?

Might try and rv with you there. Don’t wait for us if we don’t make it.

Weather changing it mind daily at the moment.... currently looking like rain for the day which will probably result in less people arriving

Yes, I'd like to join the gang early too and might help with parking arrangements once we arrive? We're staying in a different hotel in Brockenhurst so can pop over. Is an informal 8.30 meet outside the Balmer Lawn for prompt 8.45 leave doable?

That's just the sort of timings I was thinking of.

Parking/turning space a bit tight at Balmer Lawn, and quite rough surface at the back part of the hotel
