As we all haven't been out for a while Andy & I have booked something special for the day.

We have got a lunch venue booked, Grantley Hall, it's £45pp for a sit down 2 course meal in our own event area with all the cars parked up outside, they host high end car club meets. I'll get some further info if we need to pre-book the menu choices.

Plus Bowcliffe hall can host more than 30 people outside so I'm lifting the restriction on numbers so they'll be no reserve list.

We need to pay a deposit by next week so if you can all still confirm you are still all coming and please could you pay in advance asap.

Lunch is £45 & breakfast will be £6, £51.00 in total per person, please can you pay me using paypal, this is my paypal link -

Hi all,

A quick update. After yesterday’s announcement GH have said we are limited to 30 people on the 13th. if you’ve paid already you are ‘on the list and confirmed’, if you haven’t yet theres only a handful of places remaining for lunch.

Yeah, as Andy has said we have now got a limit of 30 people so the people already paid are confirmed. We have currently 26 people who have paid so just 4 places left.

Please can you let me know if your still interested in this day out as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

It’s official. We are now full with 30 paid up for the 13th June.

I have been to Grantley Hall today and paid the full balance of the booking. No refunds, if anyone drops out they are welcome to sell their place on if they let Paul know the changes in advance.

We will be getting a few extras on the day, to be disclosed on the whatsapp group. - If you havent already please join the group via Paul or myself as thats the way we will communicate for the day routes and menu choices etc.

Very much looking forward to a special day, rain or shine.

I seem to recall that the one I organised in the north that there were plenty of people who did that as the pub was full.
It was great to have more cars on the run out itself.

I'd love you to come James but unfortunately we are limited to 30 people.

I've been organising this for along time and you've had plenty of opportunity to be put on the list.

Due to Covid restrictions we have to keep to numbers and I'd hate for people to either get fined alot of money or get sick.

Plus if owners want to upgrade there cars they can goto AM Newcastle themselves.

So maybe next time.

Sorry james but the event at Grantley Hall is limited to 30 people regardless of whether you eat or not. The event is in a private event building for the group with it’s own facilities. You would need either a restaurant booking or hotel reservation to be allowed on site.

I haven’t decided on timings yet but those of us happy to drive north afterwards could meet up with any other astons later in the afternoon?
