the difference between V12 Vantage S and the AMR Pack (inc manifolds+diffuser) is night and day on the noise front, much more racey, much louder and much more raw. It's a less beautiful noise, but it's certainly an event every time you start it now.

V12VS comes with rear cats, whereas V12V AMR is de-catted to begin with so the difference won't be as large.....

Picked her up from AM Bristol today where I'd had a CF grille with lime accents fitted. After living with the standard Halo scheme for a few months decided that a little more lime was needed to make it look more like a cohesive scheme rather than just a car with a stripe on it.

Also took the opportunity to have the secondary cats removed and replaced with OEM pipes which I believe came from the GT8.

She now sounds absolutely epic !

I wonder how many AMR cars Bristol have supplied. Mine has yet to be built but will get to them one day

My AMR was supplied by HRO Reading back on 31/10/17, so one of the very early ones but Bristol are now my ‘local’ dealer so that’s where I go for service, fettling etc.

I don’t know how man AMR’s Bristol have supplied but they currently have a new Zaffre V8 Roadster and I think two pretty standard Halo V8 coupes in the showroom for sale, all new dealer stock I believe.

I've just updated my date - hopefully dealer should have it end by early next week, but it will then be 7-10 days for dealer fit items, detailing & PPF - can't book the latter two until I have a specific date and then of course it will be subject to their availability at short notice - I'm very much hoping Saturday 18th March I'll be able to pick up and if not, sometime the following week. Let's see..........

Well my build date of 12 February has been and gone. Parts missing and awaiting a new schedule date. Mine looks like it will definitely be one of the last built. As they say Good things come to those who wait.......

The pitch are different and the volume louder, but it's really a good level for me. The OEM was to quiet for me

The pitch are different and the volume louder, but it's really a good level for me. The OEM was to quiet for me

Oh I'm hoping it is louder ! Although surprised OEM too quiet. But especially with valves being optional to close, can never be too loud for me

Still don't think I've ever had as good a system as the non valved Tubi I had in my V8V.....

Can non-AMR-but-have-AMR-perf-pack-installed owners attend any organised meet? would love to see more similar cars, and finally hear someone else driving around to know what it sounds like!

We will keep the group AMR only as the purpose of the group is to discuss the AMR’s however if we do some events I don’t see why you can’t come!
