I have said I want to buy the car pay the asking price, here are my card details please let me pay a deposit, we need to wait for someone else who has said was going to pay a deposit who had a conference call and who we called back and didn't answer and then said they would pay later. In my experience it is first come first serve but they don't seem to want my cash at the mo. They have said they will give him until the end of the day so fingers crossed I get a callback and I can pay the deposit. Not sure what else to do.

Odd. Don't be surprised if they call you back and invite you into a bidding war, as they may get impression they've priced the car too keenly if they have a high level of interest. Let's hope it comes your way! Good luck.

Really surprised I just had a call saying the other guy just paid the deposit sorry! Never had that before where you are told don't want to take your deposit on 3 different occasions. The search continues

No I didn't mate I like the lightning silver but the miles where a bit too high for me, not because I am worried about the cars reliability but just know if I put 10-15k on the car it will impact the size of the market come resale.

Sorry for the delay I didn't collect yesterday due to the terrible weather so went and did the handover yesterday and collected today and been terrifying myself all day!!! Thank you to loads of you who reached out to help me find etc. Anyway here is some pictures )))
