Emerald cut aquamarine?
As another beryllium silicate that is an appropriate cut. Mrs Yeti has a 5ct flawless one, but oval cut with diamonds...
This one is 18 c but Vs1 2 c of diamonds set in white gold.........it's looks Totaly outrages ........the aquamarine is Brazilian ( decent ones are) and a fantastic blue.....I purchased it from my father......it's a ring my mother hasn't worn for 20 years.......now if I can just get that 4c e colour diamond off her As another beryllium silicate that is an appropriate cut. Ah, the emeralds I used to bring back from Colombia when I worked there... the ex has them all, which is fair I suppose as I did gave them to her. The 5cts I was thinking of was an old emerald necklace of hers, Mrs Y's ring is much closer to what your OH's is - her grandfather had it made for her as an inheritance so I don't know the size - but it looks like costume jewellery
