Locktons for me. I don't think you have to be an AMOC member though.
You might want to check that. I'm not 100% sure if you have to be a member, but it would pay to check with them.

ClassicLine for me and Pommehogster too. Must have had 20 cars insured with them over the years, always good rates and good service.

And they don't charge for modifications smile

I was going to ask you 2 as mine is due in May

Amazed at the differences out there:

A-Plan (who i'm currently with for my run-around) £850
Locktons (5000 miles) £850 (7500 miles) £1050
Admiral £450
Avviva £2400 !! (how the hell have people got sensible quotes from them?)

The admiral quote is obviously tempting (and if I did it as a multi-car the savings on our other cars were significant) but they did confirm they only pay out an average of the 3 quotes, so i'm not sure the saving would be worth the potential worry.

You don't have to be a member to insure with Locktons. In fact you get a year free AMOC membership if you do insure with them. Plus the track cover and European breakdown cover.

I went with them for about £100 more than my Admiral quote, but got some added things such as the European breakdown cover which was nice, as the Geneva trip was looming.

I think they removed European cover from my policy when I renewed

I renewed end of March this year and it was there then.
