Yep, have spoken to them about this car myself, believing it's their demonstrator (shared with B'wood). Not many about at the moment, as mentioned elsewhere in this post, but I'm in the same boat as you in terms of being on the verge of a purchase. Would prefer a slightly older one in the high 70s, but the spec of this looks decent. I thought this one had sports seats (thus not heated), but may be getting confused with another I looked at there.

It does have sport seats and they cannot be specified as heated either.
However I have negotiated a great deal on this car
