I looked at mine safe and snug in the garage. I marvelled at its shininess, blew it a kiss and said I'd be back soon to give it a run out. At not time was I anywhere near the exhausts whistle

I actually sat in it the other night to skip through some tracks on a new CD as the premium sound is better than what I have indoors smile
This is why we miss you and Sparkly Seemon. yes

Actually yesterday, some very enjoyable A1M time before delivering to Lancasters Cambridge for a recall on the gear select buttons, a kerbed alloy for refurb, also a little c/f cosmetic enhancement and a first off the production line option for DB9.2, front wheel stone guards. woohoo

You've been looking forward to those stone guards for a long time! Look forward to seeing the pics when the jobs done.
Tis true,,,started negotiating with 'Q' exactly 12 months ago. The 'test' procedure for any new part is extremely rigorous, unbelievably so. Will post pics I hope at the weekend.

I managed a 1250 mile round trip from London to Aberdeen and back for a friends wedding over the weekend. I did a cheeky little track day at Knockhill on the way back down. It was wet and cold in the morning and the most scared Ive ever been driving a car, the traction control didnt have a chance! There were quite a few Clio drivers chuffed theyd manage to overtake an Aston until it dried out in the afternoon and I restored the natural balance of things!!
Ha,,,"the most scared I've ever been",,like it Neil, like it a lot,,the way to go. bow

Nothing for almost 3 weeks. Can't see her being taken for a gallop this week either,,,,best go and connect the trickle charger. frown

Opened the boot to connect the t/charger,,,there inside were the original side strakes. I'll keep those safe somewhere me thinks, picked them up and couldn't believe the weight of them,,, put them on the kitchen scales, almost 2kgs. eek

Yep my drivers door rattle is driving me insane!
Its worth checking that your drivers side mirror is not loose. If it is at all, the chatter will appear to the driver as if emanating from inside the door.
