great seeing everyone that was there yesterday, really enjoyed the day. Think it's just about time for me to clean my car as I now associate not cleaning it with poor parking ability
Good. That means people will not park near my dirty car when I park over four spaces!Yeti
A Saturday in February sounds good, weather dependant. Thats the sort of thing that can be done at short notice and it will just be an open house. Help yourself to tea/coffee, etc and wander round the workshops. All I would need is a rough idea of numbers so we dont run out of butties!

I'm glad you like my pride and joy. I worked on these V8's as an apprentice when they were new! and that was always my favourite colour (Orchard Green)even though there are very few left un-repainted. I promised myself if I ever got one it would be that colour.
Regarding the comments about joining the AMOC, that can be done on the AMOC website amoc.org, by ringing up club HQ or I keep some application forms here that I could post out to anyone interested. The club is always looking for new members and lays on some great events. If any of you attended the Concours at Blenheim Palace in May 2010 there were 478 Aston's present! A great day out all round.
We are producing a report to go into the next AMOC quarterly publication about Sunday and would like to use some of the photos taken. If anyone would like to email me some that have been uploaded and don't mind them being used, that would be great. The one of the long line of cars when you moved from the carpark would be perfect.
Again my apologies for not cathcing up with more of you, Sunday was a busy day organising the luncheon for just under 100 people. We have had a large number of calls and emails saying how amazing it was to have so many cars present.

Perfect Tim, I will pop down to Trinity one day soon and introduce myself and we can take it from there. As you say, we'll do it at short notice - long may the mild winter continue!A Saturday in February sounds good, weather dependant. Your car is sublime Tim, sorry to mar the photo with my ugly mug in it. I would love to see the workshops and if possible a closer look at your beautiful V8.

Dunsop Bridge in Lanacashire claims it is the "true" centre of Britain apparently. So that makes the majority of us Southerners i hear the pencil museum is good this time of year !!
I'm not a fan of tyre kicking meets, drives out are far more interesting

Aston Martin has always been a Southern English marque.
Nevertheless, all of them come with 4 wheels....so we can drive south

Well we could all meet in the centre of Britain (bonus that it's only 5 or 6 miles from me )I'm not a fan of tyre kicking meets, drives out are far more interesting
It has a little concrete square with 2 footprints in the post office there which is supposed to be the exact centre. Some cracking roads around there too, as long as you don't get stuck behind some elderly couple in a Volvo/Honda pootling around at <20mph.
