So what have you done with your Aston today?
Discussion
Not what we have done on this occasion but V12Woollie who quietly slipped into another thread, and I quote, "and as of tomorrow I will no longer be an Aston owner "
Congratulations Simon on finally selling your car, sorry to see you leave the fold but I don't imagine you will be far away and THANKS - for all you've contributed around here (even tho' you soon forgot what it was like to have 8 cylinders not 12 ) and in particular for the JLC Tour - now there's something we will never forget

Thanks Molly. I think the Woollettes were as sad as me to see Sparkly go, but the car looked and sounded great as it was driven away. I've got some memories from owning the Astons that will last forever and it was my pleasure to organise the JLC Tour. It was also a pleasure to own an Aston and I count myself very lucky to not only have owned two but also to have made some lasting friendships.
Enjoy your lovely cars and I hope Burghley next weekend marks the start of many more lasting friendships.

As has been said, it's a shame that Sparkly had to go but you'll be back in one soon with any luck. These are great cars for getting out, travelling and meeting others. I never thought I would meet so many 'randoms' from the internet and enjoy their company so much. There's >always< a special one, though Jeff.....one that stands out....one that rises way above the rest....Like Ted Rogers and Dusty Binz.....
