Took eldest son to his new girlfriends house which involved a refreshingly long drive on some roads I have not driven for a long time and some I have never driven. Also a chance to letch at aforementioned girlfriend on arrival (oh God forgive me I have sinned!) then an equally pleasant drive from there to collect other son from motorcycle dealer, including opportunity to have a good BS about bikes with owner. All in all a full afternoon of perving, driving and bullstting. Can't go wrong.

When I sowed the seed of this thread, I could never have imagined how well it was to flourish in the fertile minds of contributors, encompassing so many of the good things in life, Russ, I salute you. hehe

What you doing next Friday (26th) afternoon?

Owing to some lame excuse on the Saturday Yeti will not be there, but many others will be.

I hope you know, it'll be >rubbish< without me there. Jockers' dulcet scouse tones and melanin-deficient pallor is no substitute yes
On the subject of Jockers, where is he? The wife tells me she hasnt seen him wheeling his wheelbarrows full of money to the bank for a while!

Returned the car kindly lent to me for Molly's Wales tour. Many thanks to Stratstone Cardiff. Quite sorry to see it go! This colour grows on you..

I am usually there until midday. Then the offers start flooding in. Tomorrow I'm off to Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park for a very, very long 'lunch' .

Trek930, your car is still there. Just driven past it collecting my cheese smile

Yeti, Im desk 2/94! Thats bizzar, read so many of your contributions on PH and never thought Id be sitting 3 rows from you! Nope, must be another DBS, mine is currently holed up at Brands Hatch until I get more perminant digs and some underground parking. Im going to attempt to do a seamless switch with the Mondeo when I bring her down as she'll be staying at Brands long term.

Bob, you need to lay some moist towels over the front bonnet and wing mirrors.

Then a blow torch and wallpaper scraper are your friends yes
