Hi all,
Yes this is my car. Picked it up today. What a transformation. Gone the 'dull' hammerhead, which will suit when I'm 40+ but for now tango suits me. An amazing job done by Valet Magic and I'll be polishing her all winter - so yes she can be polished like any other car. All that have seen it so far, even close up have thought I have had it resprayed.
I saw your car at the Concorde Club event in Eastleigh earlier in the year. I also saw the orange V12V ex press car at Chichester AM a couple of months back. The orange is a brave choice but it does look amazing in the flesh. The way I see it, a wrap offers the best of both worlds - you can can enjoy the orange for now and remove it if it makes sense later.Yes this is my car. Picked it up today. What a transformation. The task executed looks excellent so well done to Valet Magic but..
I know that it is a picture and that it might look different in the flesh but the finish looks like what I would expect a wrap to look like i.e. there is no depth to the colour. If more people that actually liked bold colours invested in one rather than go for a "safe" option we would probably be able to move away from the fear of greater depreciation on bold colours. Those that choose wraps end up with a compromise surely.

Hi Guys
To be fair those pics didnt really do it much justice.
In the flesh it does look so much better and please remember that with any vinyl there is a 2-3 week glue curing time that once done will help the gloss factor.
Its true that vinyl doesnt hold much depth but then its approx 3 times cheaper than a good respray.
I personally like the idea of wraps it just allows you to be different and if you fancy a change then its a easy process.
I have customers that change there wrap colour approx every 4-5 months.
Wraps will always be like marmite.

Robbie
Robbie is right. The pics in his workshop under those extreme lights do it no justice. I'll post some pics tomorrow. The depth is amazing and I have started to wax a panel, although waiting the 3 weeks I need to, honest Robbie and the difference and shine is amazing. No one so far has known its not an actual respray. I can imagine 90% of people if I parked mine next to the works car could pick them apart. I love it. And to be fair that's all that counts.
