Praful Kalyan is puncutal professional and of very smart appearance and obviously knows housing law. Recommended to lotof people and is very well know. Thank you Praful Kalyan for sorting all my problems out.

Good luck in the libel courts.
They'd need to prove he had something to do with the aforementioned site. Not easy when its hosted somewhere sketchy.

And they don't need to prove libel; he has to be able to prove it isn't.

Costomer service is all about relationships and good will.
You need both to win your battle.
Be as nice to the garage as you can and keep a file on what is happening with times and dates.

Do your best not to get angry when you speak to them on the phone. Ignore some of the people on here, as some seem to think its your fault and not the dealer? Its a great help when people say that you shouldn't expect a good car for £40k. They don't mean to be rude on this forum, but it comes out that way sometimes. Some People who buy Aston's spend months checking out the car they want, and take great pains to buy the right car. They can't understand how someone can spend so much money without doing their homework first. I'm a bit like that myself, but I don't expect everyone to be like me.

I'm really hoping you get a result with this car, and I understand your frustration. Good luck.

And welcome to the Aston Martin Forum.
