It is interesting that the 2013 Vanquish prices have risen by about $50k over the last 6 months. This is in Australia and we have 3 that range between $269k and $330 K which is great I hope the trend continues.
They are a glorious experience after all .

What are sports seats? The standard, heated reclining items? Does that mean there are comfort seats too?
Yes, its generally agreed that the lightweight seats are more comfortable than the standard sports seats smile

Some expensive v12s out there at the moment.

84k and 94k for black standard v12s. Wonder if they are just chancing it?

That £94k 36000 miles or perhaps its 3600 miles? I would sell my 6k mile one for £95k!

Mine has done 36,000 miles, so finally it’s worth over £90k smile. It has shown that it is not made of chocolate and is capable of nearly 4,000 miles per year wink

I’m looking at the V12 Vantage S at Dick Lovett Bristol, finished in Q special paint “Ferrari Daytona Black” with red carbon fibre details…

It’s priced at £79,995 which looks about right looking at the other classifieds.

I personally love the colour combo. It has the B&O sound but no lightweight seats…not massively fussed about this as quite like a heated seat smile

Does anyone know this car? Thoughts on spec?

Having heard the V12 in the showroom the other cars on the short list have disappeared!

Ps not a fan of the red tailpipes - would probably return these to black…

You could always talk to Michal Pastryk in Poland, he makes lightweight seats to fit the V12V, and at a very good price
They dont look quite the same to me.... Most of his stuff is spot on, but his lightweight seems just seem a little - well not quite right....

Would love a pair of buckets in mine.

One day I’m sure somebody will produce an authentic kit.

Pretty sure this is an ex PH car but those red tailpipe and red speaker grilles are a tad OTT i think and i dont recall seeing those before. There is a fine line between tasteful and vulgar at times smile

Funny, I quite like the exterior paint and lipstick, and am a sucker normally for red leather, but this looks like it’s had a trip to Halfords.

If you go for it, I would get them to give you replacement std exhaust tips, and maybe even replacement leather interior leg rests and then it would look good !

We are all different, so if I have offended - apologies - not the intent!

Good suggestion re asking them to replace the tips!

The interior is subtle in the flesh or at least it was in the showroom. The red speaker grilles are out of sight in the car so weren’t particularly noticeable:

I love the maroon exterior carbon. With the Nero black Daytona paint it looks bronze in the sunlight and the carbon elements play on this.

They are willing to arrange a paint correction/detail/ceramic finish as part of the deal but no real movement on price…will suggest the tips though as a middle ground and see how I get on. Test drive booked later today smile

Thanks!

Nice car!

Only two V12VSs were made in Nero Daytona - and I’ve got the other one smile

Mine has yellow instead of red bits and standard black carbon. No B&O but I do have the lightweight seats. I find the LWs to be the most comfortable seats of any car I’ve owned. I had sports in my previous V8VS and they have me backache. See how you get on with them over a long test drive.

I’ve had mine since 2014 and is a keeper. Fabulous cars. I would lose the red exhaust tips but the rest is great.

A secondary decat makes them sound awesome. Have fun!

Thanks everyone for the feedback!

Took it out for a good test drive over lunch, and wow! What a car! When I started it up I gave it a little rev and my wife nearly
had a heart attack smile

It’s a completely unfair test drive. I smiled for 30 mins then chucked my wallet at the salesman and told him I’d take it smile

The engine noise was phenomenal. The ride was firm but sure…and even with damp roads it put the power down really well.

After a brief chat they kindly agreed to return the exhaust tips to stock, and have kindly given me the option to return the speaker grilles back to black…I’m going to live with them for a while and decide later on them.

Pick it up Wednesday next week all things being well. I’m now like a kid at Christmas waiting for his new toy! smile

Ah wow good to know there are only two in Nero Daytona Black. Love the bronze fleck in the sun 👍

And to hear you have had yours since 2014 is brilliant. I hope to keep this one for good 👍

Congratulations - I think you have a great car there!

When things go that easily it does make you wonder if the dick Lovett sales person has read this thread before you got there ;-)

Congratulations! Try driving it with the parcel shelf flat in the boot for a bit more noise. I removed fuse 15 on day one to keep the exhaust valves/flapsopen. Many fit a switch to do this. I’ve just not done it yet. Got a secondary decat three years ago. Amazing sound with that done. Just fitted some Michelin PS4S - seem to be a bit better than the Pirellis, will know more after some more miles. Here’s two pics of my interior to show the black speaker covers.

Not a fan of the red speaker grills and exhaust tips but other than that I like it! Well done!

Thanks Phil! Some good tips there. I can’t believe the sound can be improved. It was intoxicating already so can’t imagine how good it sounds after a decat. Might ask the dealer if they could do this in advance.

The yellow looks amazing. They had a new Vantage there with yellow stitching and it looked stunning.

Really appreciate the tips and pointers - excited to be joining the V12S club smile
