Dear Mods, On behalf of our beloved Cockers, please can we have a spell checker option available for his/our hurried postings, thank you. PS: Specially as he is now knocking on the 50 door and not quite as agile between the ears.

Jump started it again last night (thanks Land Rover) and did an extremely sedate 30 miles up and down the A3 to charge the battery as I had bingo fuel
Today it's getting a cursory clean and then off to Ham Polo Club for the AMOC Polo and overpriced festivities. Weather is good so far, Panama hat, chinos and JLC Reverso at the ready
Nice to do something in the car, I generally look at this thread and it makes me sad. A good, fast drive needed, and soon
Reversed her safely to the car park boundary fence,,,asked the waiter for the table which would give us a clear view during our meal,,,rib eye was delicious, the Merlot too nice,,,,the perfect evening. Next day, oh no, whats this,,,,tiny specs of stickyness dotted all over her gorgeous rear half (Vesuvius rear half that is Cockers). What, where, how, who. Then it came to me,,,,the car park, in the neighbouring garden, a large tree, overhanging the car park, Vesuvius was parked smack bang under it,,,,,all my fault,,,never gave it thought.
This is not intended to make you sad Yeti, no, just in hopes that it will make others aware of what happened and possibly avoid it happening to their p&j.

The first three arrivers at the polo yesterday, which AMOC won 4-3, naturally.
Some wonderful cars there just after and some truly eccentric people.
I am actually very glad I cleaned mine to maintain AMOC standards

That will be the bespoke accomodation which houses the indicator which revealed today the 'god of wind' swings in Vesuvius favour.... wouldn't you say
Cryptic, oh yes....
Is it just wishful thinking or do I sense the first minor quakes of an imminent major erruption. If that weather vane starts spinning I'm gunna start running. Cryptic, oh yes....

Back on topic: Vesuvius has woken, the sky is turning red, the winds becoming super heated. BR have taken full control, her future in their expert hands.

Hi Bob,
Spent a little time at BR today, nothing other than a little Pearl tweak. Then the sound of thunder was heard, possibly an eruption was my first thought. Vesuvius had arrived, fresh from the dyno. Ho Hum Bob I have a feeling that you are going to be rather pleased with your new Vanquish/ DB9 !!!!!!
That sounds good to me Rob,,,,we will soon see just how violent the eruption will become. The rumours are that things are going to get pretty damned hot for sure. A message has just been passed down from the mountain:
"The first of the planned eruptions has ended at BR, the dust has settled, underneath my prized Volcano red DB9.2 was found... but with a new name tag and an unleashed roar from the exhaust! I am told there will likely be a 2nd eruption, after which, when once more the dust has settled, if Vesuvius has the BHP I'm told to expect, thereafter, all doubts will for ever be 'Vanquished' that BR does not step in where 'Q' "no can do".

I bow to their brave dedication, we are so fortunate to have their unparalleled expertise at our disposal.
They have worked really, really hard on your car True dedication!!
Once a mod is possible, what is learned can be transferred.
I am grateful to all on this forum that early doors gave me pointers in the direction of BR. Things worthwhile have to be achieved and the BR boys are up for it. Driven by passion, their positive attitude so reassuring, an MO of only the best will do, we are indeed extremely fortunate.
