As as much as i've complained about it's performance, it'll be sad to see it go frown

^^^^ So you've got different wheels and N400 sills on one side and not on the other. Sweet!

Wow, I like that... nice to see a before and after with the sills and wheels. Big, big change, a far more aggressive and modern looking car.

I recon obsidian is very common but I haven't seen a lot of Oyster Silver, the interior is standard but Tony'knobs,to avoid going off topic,I mean the stainless steel ones.
I meant the mahogony centre console!
Hardly rare. I've seen many DB9s with a Mahogony fascia, although Walnut is more typical.

Very, very rare on a Vantage. Only available at launch, dropped as an option within the first year IIRC. Vantages' don't have any wood in the interior as a rule

I was told in the factory that the donor substrate for the piano black fascia is.......walnut.

Sort of makes sense if you think about the spraying involved.

More wood in your car than you think (steady David) smile

Don't I recall a DB9V with POS as part of the plate which also has an unfortunate TLA association.

I'm sort of tempted to have it re-spaced as 1 6DH to remove all confusion smile

But the OP has a DB9, hence your observation, w/o using 'Vantage' as a qualifier, was not applicable.

Don't quite understand your comment. A piano black finish always refers to wood. If there was no wood, then it wouldn't be called a piano black finish in the first place. You certainly can have a shiny black finish over metal, but then it is 'piano black'.
