I find that ironic coming from a man who dresses up in Lycra and goes off with a group of other men, "cycling".
Yeah well.
Think I might do this next year... just to annoy you that is!

Actually being realistic there's no way I'd complete that!

Tuesday.

Also, motorbike leathers are cool. Lycra (on a man) isn't.

I'll be getting a pair of these next year:

That goes right past my house I think. fking irritating - bd, wker cyclists think its acceptable to cycle 4 abreast on narrow country roads. Why do cyclists get to race on open public roads and it's not illegal too?

BKS don't do fluorescent yellow leathers. Dainese are hardly going to be terrible are they?

BKS concentrate on build and function over appearance....I'm not sure if its still the case, but they used to supply the police

Like you Dainese are more bothered about does my bum look big in this......

At the price, I'd go BKS every time..... But as I said..... It's your skin, so please yourself. smile

BKS are £500 dearer than Dainese!

The Dainese will be my road set - Alpinestars will become my track set. Using my mates old race leathers for my first trackway as I don't want to scuff my Alpinestars ones just yet!

There's a reason for thatsmile....

I used to wear Scott, and RS Taichi.........It was only when my mate bought a set of BKS that I realised how superior they were....... He went racing, and crashed at least 7 times over the years.....the leathers never went back to BKS, and he still uses them now, 10 years later on his road bikes...
They may not be bling, and fashionable, but they're built to last, and do a good job...

But to be honest, most top of the range suits, are built to certain standards, and should be fine.smile

The thing I remember about my Dainese leather jeans was they were dead comfy, but I always had the feeling, that I never wanted to put them to the test...... They felt a bit thin and flimsy compared to the Scott stuff...

If ever I were to go back to biking I'd just buy the best I could affordsmile

Interesting that you have 2 x V12VV's and 1 x 458 and the AM is your favourite. I agree, but any particular reason?
