im amazed...he was always moaning about his stty £30K a year IT admin job in some village in Cambridgeshire .....things must have really taken of for him if hes saved up £60K to splash on a DB9 :lol
Not that it's particularly any of your concern but as you seem to be taking a bemusingly strange stance I can happily report that it's well within means, several times over in fact. Also not sure why you didn't ask the question here in a place where I've got the right to reply?

you are a true internet warrior rawwr.
If you're honestly put off buying a car because someone else has one, then you're cutting off your nose to spite your face.If you're not, then playing to the audience and stirring threads across a couple of forums would make you the internet warrior, wouldn't it?
Which is it? Sociopath or lunatic?

I was taking the mick just a little ....glad to hear that things are going well for these days
Well there's a lightside to every darkside. Oh, that Netgear AP finally died a few weeks ago but now at least the broom cupboard doesn't have a blue glow coming out from under the door.

No cougars and no kids, and yeah, there is a story behind why I can do this but you probably already know my feelings on putting my private life on the Internet....in fact have you married a rich cougar type chick.....sorry, lady, with kids?
The DB9 idea is just because I've done the lightweight sporty thing, I've done the bike thing and now I fancy the GT thing. Outside of a 997 C4S, I can't think of (m)any comfortable, agile GTs which have strong enough residuals to get away with flinging for a year.

Everyone should own an Aston V12 at some time ...I think the Ferrari/Lambo thing, in reality would be best rented rather than owned (for me anyway)...its not as if Id go to work in them (unlike the Aston)....or maybe join a supercar club for a year next and have a few weekends in lots of different cars, I think I may end up doing that next year rather than change cars
If you havnt got one in a month or so, get yourself to Derby for the open day at DMS, there will be lots there going on
