Was asked this weekend and see on yours too. Are there supposed to be covers on the base of the wipers to cover the bolts? Otherwise water will pool up. Mine have none and I see the bolts on yours exposed too.
It does seem an odd omission. I'll see if I can find some rubber caps AstonZagato said:
Any tips? I'd quite like to have a go at mine.

and also these for those hard to reach places:
Small wheel spoke brush:

Detailer brush:

These are great although for the engine cover on the V12 I think the larger brush here could be good:

Youth notes:
1) Clear away any debris, leaves twigs etc
2) Spray on the all-purpose cleaner and agitate with the several brushes working from the outside in (I had to do this a few times on the big cream/white intakes as they were gross). Don't be a maniac with the brushes, be careful, for instance the DBS has the adjustable shocks, the wires to them are particularly thin. Just use common sense.
3) Hose off with a jet wash set to the finest mist spray you can - it's an engine, don't be a nob blasting it.
4) Dry or leave to dry
5) Spray on the Adams inside out, leave for a few mins and wipe with cloth, because it’s a spray its great on the ribbed flexi hoses
6) I used their plastic cleaner on the large radiator cover at the front rather than inside out spray as it is easy to access and massive
7) Standback, admire your work and then question your existence for taking on such a quest

I won't be home for a little while so only have this one with my old V12V. It is indeed a limited MGBGT and it is lovely:

Thanks. I think I need to plan a weekend when my wife is away - she would question my sanity if I start cleaning under the bonnet.
Indeed, my better half was in the Netherlands so didn't witness it. I'll give Adams credit, they included a couple of chocolates to soften our ladies cold dark souls if caught Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
