Finally got to see my Zaffre Blue V8 AMR this week, just before it goes off for PPF. Basically, I'm in love. The most perfect V8 Vantage I have seen, in my opinion (which is a bit of a relief!)

Looks great. What interior, gearbox & seats did you go for?

Manual, lightweight carbon seats, red/black interior with carbon pack. Yes, I am a sucker for carbon smile

Congratulations on your new Aston, lovely car.

It is such a shame that the current Vantage is finishing production, some of the cars coming out of the factory in recent years have been fantastic.
The new Vantage has a lot to live up to, but onwards and upwards for everyone at the factory.

Congratulations from a fellow Zaffre Blue AMR owner to be. It looks stunning and so pleased to see it looking so good. Mine will be slightly different to yours in that it has a yellow stripe and accents and I have a while to wait. Delivery expected March/April frown Enjoy!!!!!

Amazing that ‘previous’ model vantage’s will still be coming off the line as new model cars begin to trickle off....

Indeed. Lots of other exciting stuff coming from Aston soon too, but outgoing Vantage/DB9/Vanquish represent proper end of era step change, hence so many AMR buyers saying it's a keeper - would be odd for anyone not to be buying as a long term hold given it's an outgoing model.

I'm not the biggest fan of the Vantage but that is a great colour combo and looks amazing!

Thanks for the nice comments on my Zaffre Blue V8. I'm really pleased with it - I had a 'standard' 2011 Vantage with sport pack, so the step up to a manual 'S' model is great anyway (little bit more power, exhaust definitely sounds beefier, rear spoiler is more pronounced, nice having a Sport button etc). I saw the New Vantage on Monday - the front looks better in the flesh than in photos - it is an eye-catching car with some great lines, but just not a classic Vantage, so I'm really pleased I got in with my chance to get an AMR. Definitely a keeper for me.

Hi What has the v12 roadster prices on the road been in the end which I appreciate depends on Spec. and there is rarely a base car supplied. Would be most interest in the final costs.
Thanks

If you went halo spec and with a bit of CF you should be in the region of £180-185k OTR

Add the AMR wheels and Ti exhaust and you’re looking at £195-200k

Hi.

I have non-halo car with no extra carbon (it comes with a lot as standard!). Extras I went for are LW seats, assortment pack, coloured calipers, aluminium fuel filler cap, wind deflector, high line centre console.

Feel free to PM if you want the final OTR cost..

Scrap that. The email linked to my PH account is an old one, and I can't seem to change it for the life of me. You can get me at adamjohnson78@live.com

And those going via Q may be a tad higher wink but most will be in line with what Rob has said. Are you getting one??
