This be me. Year 6 and still no issues. Maybe I'm just lucky. That said, no plate is a £100 fine and no points. Fitting an incorrect plate or tampering with letters is a fine PLUS points. Maybe my lack of plate just isn't worthy of enough police attention given they can't issue points.
