Speak to the chaps at AML Performance. One of the members off here is converting to ceramics with 6 pots and we had a discussion about knuckles when I was up last week. Apparently the knuckles are the same, although the part numbers are different and there's some sort of bracket the 6 potters bolt onto. Don't know any part nrs etc and only going by what I was told, however Adam at AML should be able to give you the low down.
Interesting...Apparently there are 3 types of knuckles
V8 (255mm 4-Pots 180mm ), V8s (280mm 6-Pots 200mm), V12 (Carbon 6-Pots XXXmm with brackets)

The V12 bracket (right side = 8D33-2D204-AB) looks like this:

As one can see the distance between caliper-to-bracket and bracket-to-knuckle looks rather large, larger than the (200-180)/2=10mm which one would need for the V8 to V8s converstion. Also 10mm would not leave meat on the bracket to carry the brake load and locate the bracket-to-knuckle bolt head.
However, it certainly would be interesting to know the dimensions of the V12 bracket/calipers/knuckles...

V12 brakes aren’t 400mm discs so you can use the oe knuckle and a spacer as you have more scope to space away from the knuckle is my understanding.

Thanks for the heads up on bolts. I’m only replacing knuckles at the moment but will no doubt do a full refurb when I get my ohlins so will get everything nickel plated then!
