Just dropping by , saying hello, Bought my 1st AM DB9 last week, the best car i have ever owned, Hell of a lot of appreciation from middle aged men and almost everyone to be honest, i stay in Dundee, dont see too many !! ha, although one little scally wag did shout to me....""" Mr, I would f**k your car if you let me """, that pretty much made my day !!!!

Any thing i need to be aware of specifically with the car, or anything now i have got it that i should do straight away, i.e. checking certain items ??

Cheers

According to the local news, a guy here in Melbourne got arrested last week after "having sex with a tree". I wonder if he's related to your promiscuous complimenter. hehe

Congratulations. Get used to the positive comments. Great experience owning an Aston. Kids love it too!

Enjoy the sunny weather and look after it well, but most of all drive it and drive it well. It's a great car to go on great journeys.

Some people buy a caravan to go touring in, you now have the Aston (and pack more lightly!) biggrin

And don't forget the pics smile

Nice one!

I know what it's like to be the "sticks out like a sore thumb" Aston owner in a small part of Scotland, enjoy, and get those pics up!

Damn you beat me to it. I am pretty sure I saw that car recently (or one very similar) on either ebay or Autotrader and remember thinking it was a lovely colour combo. Congrats mate!

Not usually a fan of blue, but that looks great. Nice contrast with the interior as well.

the only thing to watch for from my experience with the '9 is the battery. If you're going to leave the car undriven for any length of time (say 3 weeks) then its worth putting it on the battery conditioner (and dont buy the Aston Martin branded one, it's a CTEK in disguise but at a multiple of the price!)

Yeah think was on few different sites. I was originally away to get the one at STERLING AUTO but never heard back and Glasgow to.dundee was just perfect. Pics don't do it justice at all
