vredestein tyres

Anybody fitted these? Not going with the Potenzas again, I consider them a bit noisy and figure that tyre technology like most things has moved on. I've narrowed it down to two choices in my mind.
The Plot super sports are top of my list but vredestein Ultrac Sessantas look to be significantly quieter now we've got the new e.u. nonsense to compare models with (67db vs 72db/73db for Potenza/Michelin). Interesting the Pilot SS's are that good that they are quoted at stopping two car lengths quicker in the wet from 50mph vs the other two which are comparable (band A vs C - each band is worth a car length for those who can't do the math).
Anyway, it looks like on paper (or screen in my case today) that the vredesteins should be at least comparable or better than the Potenzas. Anybody able to give me some real world thoughts? before after? I know that the Potenzas last forever so has anybody had them on long enough to compare the wear rate?
