What i've just purchased

After asking opinions a few days ago on DB7 or 9 I have been and purschased a DB7 vantage manual in green with black. Came in under budget and is in very good order, new Bridgestones all round, stacks of history including it's life in Monaco Nice part was the number plate was my initials too so must have been meant to be! Will post a picture this afternoon.

Just been looking through the stacks of history, discovered that last July less than 1000 miles ago it had the GT brake upgrade carried out and in 2011 it had the centre sports exhaust fitted so she does sound pretty sweet. Thank you for the nice welcome, not sure if I'm the usual DB7 owner at 24 but I do love a classic shape. I'm more interseted in an Escort Cosworth and Lotus Carlton than the modern equivilant to give you an idea of my tastes and living next to this is a 78 Merc SLC 450

thanks again for nice comments The car has welcomed me to with a few warning lights tonight, I have the air bag light doing it's best impression of a strobe light and the check engine light on. With the severe lack of use a few teething troubles are to be expected, just wondered if me putting regular 95 in could have caused the latter? She drove fine on the Mway for 150 miles but after a short stop did feel a little 'jerky' in 3 whilst at about 35/40. Will get the snap on out tomorrow and see what she's complaining about......bless her!

Yes it's Chiltern green, black leather and Burr wood

Coil packs were changed by an AM specalist is 2009 about 6k ago, just seen the price too.....hoping they are ok?

I have another question, sorry if it's something simple I should know. On the sill on both sides of the car there is a plaque with Aston Martin on, there is also a guy's name and wondered if this is something the last owner has added or if all cars have this?
