This monday night/tuesday morning at approx. 1am, a member of the public saw a girl climb on the bonnet of my V8V and go for a stroll on the roof and boot, before finally deciding to jump off and bugger away.
The police was called but failed to show up on time.
I now have some nice dents on the bonnet and scratched paint all over.

Very long shot, but if anyone saw anything/has any info it would be very welcome.
Police didn't bother taking forensic evidence or checking CCTVs, and have closed the case already.

Car was on Wardour St in Soho, London.

I've come to the sad but inevitable conclusion that I have to sell the car.
It lives on the street in Soho and in 2 years has had 3x wing mirrors smashed, a damaged front bonnet/grille/bumber from someone reversing into me, a damaged front wing, and now this.
It's just not possible to keep a nice car on the street in this area.

I'm now thinking what to replace it with, and struggling.

I'd much rather get back on the Oyster Pedestrian than get a Corsa!

There's a battered and very ropey olive green 996 that lives in the hood, somehow it looks like the local scum leave it alone, unlike mine.
A C4S tip is tempting me now...

Park it on view outside your house, and they probably think you have nothing worth stealing. smile

Well, I don't - my Jaeger-LeCoultre already got stolen!
All I'm left with is a TV, an XBox and an iPad.

ne of these for yourself. smile

What's the mpg, insurance, road tax and congestion charge in one of those?
Are they speed-camera exempt as well?

Is there not a near by NCP or similar you can get a yearly pass to? Surely it cant be a grand a month, my brother paid £500 a month on high street ken, i cant imagine so is more...
You're right, I just checked and prices have come down. Still almost £400/month though. Considering I already pay £350/month for my garage at work (essential), I just can't afford it.

What about a car cover, particularly one that makes it look like a rusty Allegro or something smile
Not really practical as a daily driver? Plus I fear it might attract even more (negative) attention. It's a busy street...
