Change a registration mark by telephone -
"That will be £25 Sir".
Insurer 2
Change a registration mark online -
Admin fee = £0
Premium change = Reduction of £20.
I am obviously happy with Insurer 2, but can anyone explain why a dateless registration reduces an insurance premium?
