V12 Vantage & DBS Volante ...
Discussion
I posted these in the supercar thread in GS but realise that this might be a better place ....
.... took the car in for it's service and they have these two ,just recently delivered.
The V12 Vantage is a showroom car whilst the DBS Volante is due out to the customer next week.
Apologies for the photo quality - I only had the little compact camera with me as the sight of these two came as a bit of a surprise!
Had a good nose around the V12 Vantage, include under the bonnet which is a work of art! Awesome sound when you start her up too. This colour works best in the sun and also disguises the unattractive carbon bonnet vents, which the more typical pale blue doesn't. Personally, I prefer this colour.
... and the DBS Volante which looked the dog's bks

VERY nice! are they both casino royale ?
DBS is.The V12V is a new colour, whose name I can't remember!
I actually like the look of the DBS Volante but at £187k ....
One thing I don't like is the dials they have used. They have dropped the "ali look" of the regular cars and have all black with just a silver ring around the edge of the dial. Cheap looking IMHO.
I think the photos might be a little be deceptive colourwise.
The V12 Vantage doesn't include Casino Royale in the colour options - I think this car may be in Quantum Silver.
The DBS Volante colour is Casino Royale, although it was very dull at the time of the photo and the lights from the showroom might have affected the picture.
One thing I didn't realise is V12 Vantage won't be sold in the US due to certain features not meeting their regulations ...
