New Aston book/ DVD at Marks and Spencers!
Discussion
Anyone got this yet?? I am very impressed. Large book, 192 pages in Green called "The ultimate History of Aston Martin"
it covers the all models, including the DB9 and V8 vantage- about as upto date as possible. Written by Andrew Noakes, its also surprisingly (for a M&S book) accurate: they know what a DB6 Mk2 is, for wexample. Everything is well laid out, with nice 9if familiar) photographs.
Oh, its only £10. On ebay some poeple are selling it for £20+. Go onto the M&S website if your local store doesn't have it.
Well worth the read, although I havent seen the DVD yet. I know someone who has, and he likes it a lot.

So Andrew,
As you were the author, can i ask how much research you put into the book? I only ask as its obviously very well researched and accurate: I was just wondering how much time that takes??
Oh, did you have any control over the DVD??? Not much on the 1970-1980's V8 range, and none at all on the V8 Vantage. My only criticism in an otherwise excellent addition to my Aston bookshelf
