Sore Knee - HELP

This may sound daft but I have been driving my DBS Touchtronic for 2 months and it is giving me a really sore right knee and hip, every time I drive it. Its my only car and I use it every day but nothing excessive.
I've had a DB9 and Vantage V12 in the past and never had a problem but I just can't stop the ache in the DBS. I've tried sitting on cushions, moving the seat in all angles etc but just cant stop it. As soon as I get out and walk around, it eases off. Does anyone else suffer with this or am I just odd? Wouldn't mind but I'm only in my mid 30's!

I'm going to have to have a scan on it asI'm not parting with the car and certainly not getting a Jaaaaag!
Had a Jaaaag once and my mates kept leaving blankets on the back seats and putting worthers originals in my glove box! Cheers for the feedback, will check out my IT band, whatever that turns out to be!.
