hey everyone, I testdrove a '95 Subie legacy GT yesterday (2.0 twin turbo manual), very nice car, pretty quick too, nice handling, pretty much what you'd expect really.

Thing I was wondering about is this : It had a very obvious flat spot in the powerband at around 4000-4500 rpm (between the primary turbo running out of boost and the secondary spoling up), from what I've heard they all do this, does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

will a remap/rechip or anything short of a completely new turbo setup help?

just wondering as its the only thing I don't like in an otherwise excellent car.

thanks for feedback guys, think i'm just gonna stick with the legacy I've got for now, thay way fuel prices are going round here (our govt just slapped another 5c per litre tax on, with another rise the same planned in a few months) I'm probably better off without a turbo. insurance would have been pretty darn expensive too.
