best oil RX8?

Hi Guys
i'm new to the forum usually on the Porsche one, however her in doors has got an RX8 and i'm sick of the bloody oil level light coming on all time, these machines have a serious drink problem !!
I know this may have been covered and is a little bit of a boring thread but what is the best oil for these rotary lumps, need help!
