Dealer Call Back

What is it with some dealers you sit there and tell them your looking to buy a car (very soon) go through rough idea of spec tell them to put together a deal and get back to you, but no call e-mail what a waste of time.

I'm still waiting for a dealer to call be back from last Thursday. He promised 10 minutes. That was 10,000 minutes ago.

He was going to give me a trade in price for my car and also answer some questions on a car I was interested in.
