Hello chaps,
What is the 330Ci Clubsport? I presume it's a lighter, stripped out version but the pics I've seen don't show much physcical differences to a normal 330Ci M Sport. What else is there to them?
Oh, and are they worth the extra £££ over the standard 330Ci?
Cheers,
Alex
I had one of the very few silver ones. Automatic. What is the 330Ci Clubsport? I presume it's a lighter, stripped out version but the pics I've seen don't show much physcical differences to a normal 330Ci M Sport. What else is there to them?

Loved it, but it's nothing more than a 330i Sport with some sound deadening removed and a moody spoiler - it also has some fake carbon fibre internal trim.
I did love it though! It woofled SO nicely!!

I had an Estoril Blue one of these.
As people have said, there ain't much difference, mainly:
- Front carbon fibre splitters
- Rear spoiler
- Soundproofing removed from the engine
- Short stubby gearlever
- Bespoke interior (brushed aluminium is nice)
- Leather + electric seats as standard
They also came in different colours - silver, Estoril Blue and Velvet Blue if I recall (the latter two non standard for the standard 330).
For me, I got one because
1) It wasn't much more than the standard 330 Ci as a used buy
2) I love Estoril Blue
3) The wheels are smart
4) You stand out a bit more feel a bit more special and most importantly...
5) My one didn't have the rear spoiler which looks bl**dy awful!!!

Probably a fair description. I wanted an M3 when I got mine but a used M3 would have been about 50% more for the same age / mileage.
As a compromise I loved it though because you just felt a bit more special and it certainly got plenty of looks.
It depends what you're used to - if you expect M3 speed you will be disappointed, but compared to most cars out there it will feel quick enough.

Perhaps not what I'm after then, I was hoping for a sort of mini- M3 CSL. A lot more raw than the standard car.
I'm 19, so an M3 isn't really feasable.
Thanks for the advice anyway chaps.

It's a 330Ci in fancy trousers.
At 19 you'll surely get hammered on insurance as well.
