I'm currently learning towards Saphire and Cognac with the no cost alloy option. I think it looks a little like the older Masser Quattroporte.

It’s a £70k car for £11k which BMW are already offering with a £5-10k discount, in two years the thing we will be worth £45-50k.
A lot less than that. You can already buy a one-year-old Approved Used car for £47k.
18% or £12500 discounts available on Carwow already

Hi guys,

How much would we save if we took the vehicle in April rather than at the end of June?

My current E-Class is not due back until later October so trying to work out if this deal is worth it for me or not. My monthly payments are currently £350 and i think the leasing company charge around 50% of remaining installments to terminate the contract early..........hmmmmm.......

Its an extra 700 after April. Then again there is no guarantee of getting the car before the tax change deadline which would mean an extra £25pm

Dropped James an email this morning to see if I'm too late to the party.

I've a carbon black f11 and it's more blue than black, big difference when parked next to sapphire black.

Re question above about registering and delivery after March, it would be extra 25 - 30 a month I think it's page 11 or 12 says.

Does Carbon black show up as much crap as normal black?

Do you think it’s still possible to change the mileage on my lease? They’ve already placed the order with bmw I think. The difference between 8k and 10k is £1k so I’d rather reduce to 8k as that’s what I average yearly.

Almost. My x3 is carbon black. It’s lovely. To be fair, it still looks better filthy than a filthy Proper/normal black car. I have oyster interior and it’s a lush combo

If you’ve signed the papers agreeing it I think you’re guaranteed the price you agreed on, no?

I saw two Sapphire Black cars with black wheels and black grille earlier today and they’re not for me. The black makes the car look even bigger IMHO.

For a 840i GC? They were only released in September 2019.

No I had this discussion, that price is by end of March, after April 1st it’s an extra £25-30.

Can they do that? Sign me up at £xxx a month, with me happy to take delivery then, and then due to delays at the factory charge me £30 a month more when our signed agreement was for £xxx including tax? Surely If the deal is signed and the delivery slips because of something they have done, that’s their issue, not mine?

These were my thoughts exactly. I guess the lease companies have this covered in their T+C's.

Why can the car not be registered in March and delivered before the end of June? bandit

Again I asked these questions;

Q: Can it be registered in March and delivered June?
- no, it’s a £70k asset car won’t be paid for until June yet is on their books depreciating and by the time the end of the lease will be nearer 2.5 years old.

Q: I asked for delivery in May and you quoted me £363 (ish), why would the price change?
- we (G2L in this instance it could be speaking on behalf of the lender), can’t afford to take the £700 hit per vehicle due to the VED increase, any VED increase will be passed on. If you look at your contract there is a * or something by VED, not sure if it goes in to greater detail, I’m taking in end of March so not bothered.

Having been educated that oyster is a freebee option, it looks stunning but the light carpets could be a sticking point..

Anyone know whether BMW include (black) mats or is that a dealer fit extra?!

It will come from the factory will ivory mats so bmw will charge you for a black set. You could either buy a black set or get some clear car mat covers/protectors.

In terms of the seats dye transfer will happen but as long as you spend 10 mins every few days giving them a quick wipe and once a week 20 mins cleaning them properly you can keep them looking good. Dr leather wipes in the glove box for the quick wipe or when you spot some transfer and valet pro leather soap for a decent clean for example.
