Awful BMW service!

Just taken my Z in for a pre-warranty-run-out fix and when i collected the car I was told that the broken seat bolster on the m-sport seat had been fixed by replacing the frame (?? didn't need it!), the seat cover and the foam.

Upon inspection none of these parts were replaced and they'd just bodges the seat back together again. Not only that but the trim was loose and the bolts holding the seat back to the base were loose!!! I'm going to let rip after work tomorrow... pity the service manager...
