Wanted: BMW E46 330i Sport Touring Manual
Discussion
Hi all,
I'm looking to get my first BMW and am finding it difficult to get hold of an E46 330i Sport Touring Manual - I've heard they're quite rare. I'm after one with less than 100k miles on the clock and am based in South Wales but willing to travel far to get it.
Any help would be much appreciated if anyone has one for sale or knows of one!
Many thanks.

I've not been looking long so at the moment I'm concentrating on the Touring only (handy for mountain bikes / drums etc.) If I have no luck within a few months then maybe I'll have to rethink...
Cheers for the tips woots, I'll keep it in mind and may be flexible about the mileage. Let me know when yours is for sale. Cheers.

Thanks for that DJFish, I spotted it Sunday (been checking daily!) and went to see it today once it had passed the MOT. And... it's now mine, worth the 7 hour round trip! Great condition especially considering the age, mileage seems genuine, happy with the price. So thanks to all for the help with this, much appreciated. Bit of a different drive to my Evo but I'll get used to it! So if anyone's interested in a 2004 Mitsubishi Evo VIII MR FQ-340 in gunmetal grey with 80k miles in great condition, let me know, cheers.
I read the ad as one owner too - it's one previous owner, but still, two owners and such a low mileage in 13 years isn't bad!
Thanks, you read my mind with the dashboard trim! I'm not a fan of the fake wood and it'll be the first thing to go, so cheers for the links, I fancy the carbon effect (reminds me of the Evo!) The wooden gearknob is cracked anyway so I'll replace that with a shiny new one too.
It is a very different drive but there's plenty of torque in the 3 litre, can't complain.

Yeah they're a pretty faultless drive if you're into performance cars. I never felt it needed more power and the handling's superb too. Fairly practical and useable as a daily drive as long as you're not doing too many miles. And actually quite tastefully styled. Finances dictated my change, but I do like trying different cars anyway. Hadn't had a six cylinder or rear wheel drive before and looking to make use of the space in the Touring. Anyway, if you're interested in the Evo, let me know...
Well keep saving, they are worth it! Here it is anyway...

That said, I am loving the Touring, it's such a well built car. Feels solid even 13 years on and I'm getting used to the low down grunt of the 3 litre.
