Have had my 535d since November and twice the i-drive has crashed, 2nd time being yesterday, it reboots but its annoying. Secondly the automatic lights seem to get confused, ie, they go on going through a tunnel then forget to go off.
I suspect I am not alone, but has anyone else experienced these glitches and more importantly have they found a cure.
The car is still in warranty but I prefer to speak to the dealer with a degree of knowledge so as not to get fobbed off not that they ever would of course. I'm not a cynic really!

No offence ment it is only that the pure driving experiance seems to be getting clouded with techno tripe and our heroes at BMW HQ are doing there best to perpetrate the motion.
No offence taken. However the car comes with it and to honest apart from the above mentioned niggles it does not detract from what is a belter of a car.
You can turn all the gizmo's off but it keeps telling you there turned off!!
