e46 320 needs more go !!!

Can anyone advise a few upgrades for my wifes car .its a 52plate 320i se saloon (petrol),its got 18" alloys,leather sports interior with sports suspension in metallic black so it handles not bad but it looks all show but with no go.

Thanks for the advice gents but i think a remap is the way to go as its the wifes car I only drive the car a couple of times a month. Any spare money is going towards a Cerbera for myself as the misses said i had to get shot of the R1 and get a car as its safer and slower (silly woman).
