New Cars @ Cost Prices

Just got a letter from local stealer saying they are selling a limited number of cars in December @ cost price.

Anyone know what the discount will be in %? Obviously it may vary by model but what will the approx discount be on a 1/3 series?

So given that they won't make a loss on sales then "cost" can be a given as greater than 15% off?

I guessit isn't the REAL cost price then.
