120d heated screen washer jets.

I thought my 120d was supposed to have heated screen washer jets, which are on as long as the engine is running, but with the current cold snap the washers have remained frozen even after a journey of over 40 minutes. Of course it's possible that the washer fluid is not concentrated enough, but aside from that do other owners find that the heated jets work or not?

As far as I know it has only one.

Although my wifes 1 Series remained frozen even with the heated rear screen on, and a good concentration of screen wash. Although It was -9.

I had already checked that in the owners handbook which says they are heated whenever the engine is running.

Having now looked at the thread here http://www.babybmw.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&am... I can see that most owners have found the heated jets to be ineffective.
