E36 - ABS as standard?

it came in as standard in about 92-ish, and i'd imagine it was part of the SE pack, and fitted to the coupes too.
Another odd thing about the early 6cyls is that they had a different M3 type front suspension and roll bar set up, with the rollbar using longer links and connecting to the shock rather than the wishbone.
They'll also have different domed top mounts.
whilst you can swap the shocks and topmounts for the 92 on version, i think you will come unstuck with the roll bar as they'll need clamps on the shock to connect onto
You really do know your Beemer stuff TE.Another odd thing about the early 6cyls is that they had a different M3 type front suspension and roll bar set up, with the rollbar using longer links and connecting to the shock rather than the wishbone.

This was first registered in Jan '92 so that sounds about right. My Feb '92 325i track car had the later style ARB connection to the wishbones, but they can be adapted either way IIRC.
