Changing the CC is surely a much bigger deal that banning some of the aero? The costs involved in redesigning the engines must be massive.

Great news for Pecco, looked like it could have been a bad one. On the race itself, not so sure....

Everyone got off lightly in MotoGP apart from Enea, hopefully it's nothing much but a couple of operations this week we'll see if he's back this weekend.

Peco was very lucky, luckily for him he'd got away and after the first turn incident at least there was a little gap to everyone else, it could have been much worse, Binder was unlucky and unsighted, plus being punted didn't help.

As for Jake, great ride, amazing ride, but my god he's needs some media training. Having a go at Acosta who already has a world championship under his belt and is leading the Moto2 championship, to come out with a statement like that he needs to realise where he is in the pecking order, he's certainly not doing himself any favours to the Spanish media/Dorna and possible Spanish sponsors/teams.
Enea getting a fair ear lashing from the other riders also.

Could you imagine what it would be like on here and social media of Marquez had done that?
hehe
Would be some craic smile

Lads what on earth can the Japanese bikes do ?? So far behind and no real signs of improvement.

Marc has a hell of a lot to prove and he has the attitude he can still win championships, unfortunately I don't think that's the case even if he was on a decent package. He'd certainly win races, but he's not the young gun who was able to literally avoid crashing, or if he did he'd bounce straight back.
Exactly this.

So Aprilia don't need Marc either - https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/1035197/1/aprili...

Ducati have said they don't need him.

KTM won't need him if Acosta comes up (which is almost a dead cert), and Binder keeps riding well.

So what satelite team does he try and ride for?
I'm sorry but they do need them. What they say to the media and the truth are likely to not align on things of this nature.

Ultimately they do not have one rider that is a prolific premier class race winner and championship contender. Winning 2 races, whilst as pleased as I am for aleix, doesn't make him a title contender.

As for maverick, can be fast on his day, those days don't come very often.

They may not need need or want Marc but I guarantee they would have Fabio and probably do want him, but openly saying that would only demotivate the riders they already have.

The bike could be ready to win championships, but neither of the riders are.
Agreed, Maverick is decent, a championship contender ? Nope… not even on the Ducati.

Ps they headline says they claim wink

Crazy.
Getting really desperate now, I've just had a call asking me if I want to race! hehe

p.s. I'm busy...
I'd ride it, I'd probably end up last in Moto 3 on it still though.

So Speedweek are reporting Marc confirmed at Gresini next year, but this isn't anywhere else so far. Although other sites are stating the same quotes he has made in the press conference, where he makes it clear he has a Honda contract in 2024 none of these are linking the ride????

https://www.speedweek.com/motogp/news/213084/Sensa...
That’s interesting.
Aren't Speedweek the people who have been first with KTM announcements recently?

Very interesting if legit.
If Legit? it’s like the Salah story… it gets clicks.

Amazing how Dani can be at the pace. Yes he has a quick bike, yes he is testing, but as anyone knows training can only prepare you so much.

Yamaha saying they are happy with the new engine. No word from Fabio on it yet.

Not sure what we (fans) will learn from today being honest. Most likely not a lot.

Bradl’s Honda above, it looks a bit rough ? Imagine that ? It’s quite obviously a test mule to be used and abused. No need for triple Pearl effect paint etc.
