That 911 looked to be rapid. I couldn't believe the indicated numbers.

My R1 is of similar pace albeit ridden nowhere near as confidently. Away to look at the classifieds for 911 turbos.

Looks like a 3.6 turbo wide body cab to me. I have a 911 carrera (no turbo) and its not as fast as that one

I thought it looked a bit fast, but in the original thread in General Gassing, someone checked the reg and it comes up as a regular Carerra - not even an S. Interestingly it's still on the road today, which is surprising given it looked like it was going to have a short lifespan there. It must be stolen, because in the video it does appear to collide with the 106 at about 1:50.

Indeed! I have a hunch they knew each other and at least had some confidence (!) the other would not do something too stupid. Following a car nearly clipping the wing mirrors of on-coming traffic at triple figures is rather taking the biscuit in my book however.
