My experience was similar. Had a quick chat with the instructor about my previous experience and what I wanted help with.

2 laps following him then he followed me for the rest of the session for a debrief at the end. He said if there was anything massively wrong he'd come back last and show me straight away rather than waiting until the end but thankfully he didn't need to do that.

Instruction is free and depending on how many instructors and how many riders want help then you can have a load of help with No Limiits. They'll only charge if you want a full day 1-1.

The training can be as in depth or high level as you want. What they will start with is the basics, they won't go all technical until you can get the simple things right.

I made the mistake of getting an instructor at the final session after I was fked and binned it before.

He told me to go first thing next time as he could have spotted me throughout the day and pushed me along.

I'll be getting an instructor first thing on the 20th and hopefully from a few off here

You're joking. You're the benchmark for fast. I'm a trundler at best.

BN is the epitome of fast. He can do fast, whilst smoking a tab and telling a joke, without breaking sweat.

And Loon has raced in the same team as the legendary Fleegle. It's like racing royalty.

I'm only fast because my bike has TC and I'm always in a hurry to get back to the pits for more pies

Hang on, you've only got one bike that isn't fit for scrap, you only have that because of the the "whipcash" claim you you won after you rode into that Mondeo. You spent the remainder on Scratch cards and your longstanding co-codamol addiction you Jakey bd.

Besides I'm going to buy your one nice bike off your Dad when you're doing porridge and need the money for pay as you go phone credit.

I now have a space going on my trailer to anyone who would like to come to this from Scotland as prolapse has suddenly been made to make his own fking way.

We both know you won't find anyone and your Scottish blood won't let you pay double for fuel.

Besides you'd miss my debonair wit and rugged good looks.
