Anyone know if the quality will be any good? Would you buy it?

When I bought the monster I asked about crash bungs and the dealer advised against them as they tend to flip the bike. that may be different on a faired bike to a naked though..Since writing that message I've thought about it a bit more.
Guess it depends on the type of crashing you do!
The crash I had on my zx6r (years ago) meant no amount of crash bungs would have helped so would have just been a waste of the purchase price of the bungs.
I suppose it does make sense to fit them if you have a heavy or tall bike or if the rider is very weak or short (More likely to drop it at low speed where the bungs will help)
If you're going to crash at any sort of reasonable speed, the bike will generally be written off anyway so it would make more sense to put the cash towards Fully Comp insurance.
Most of the bikes I've seen still have a similar amount of damage at 20mph as the Original Poster did. Check how your bike would sit if sliding along - would it sit nicely on the bung and the side of the tyres or would it be scrapping along on the top panel and tail panel instead?
Maybe if you had bar end sliders, axle sliders and a couple of side sliders/bungs it would survive a slow speed crash without panel damage (But you'd still have £100 of sliders/bungs that needed replacing!)
