Went to take the Africa Twin out of the garage this morning. Had a last minute spastic attack and decided to take the SP instead. It's god damn ridiculous riding the SP after the Africa Twin. I fear the SP may have to go.

The clown on the Varedo, sporting a shiny new "Polite" vest through the narrow lanes on Waterloo Bridge, trying to 'organise' the other bikes to prevent filtering - lots of pompous slow down hand gestures and overt blocking.

Did chuckle when a pick-up driver Shut the door on him against the central reservation as he moved over so everyone could filter through on the other side....

I really need to stop leaving my keys in my motorbike, was 10 minutes late in this morning as I was turning the flat upside down, sent down to the garage to check the bike by the GF (having done it many times before, but necessitating coming back up to give her keys back) they were found...

Other than that it was totally uneventful

I did something very similar last night. Dropped the keys walking away from the bike without realising yesterday afternoon. After 30 minutes of searching this morning, thought I would have a look in the ignition in case I had experienced a brain fart. Amazingly they were still there. This is in the middle of Brixton too so I am buying a lottery ticket today.

Horndean slip road this morning on A3, closed as they begin making a car a convertible.
Must have been going some in a very short space of time.

Back to the commuting grind this morning after a week in the sunshine in the Algarve. No real issues but it is noticeable that there are fewer bikes. Also, it's the first morning of the season that my sat nav didn't automatically switch out of night mode before I got to the office.

It is very weird getting onto my GSXR after the AT, the GSXR feels like a mini moto but i still love the GSXR for the pure rush.
